Design-Build

What we Self Perform
We self perform our own work in the areas of: heavy civil site work to include excavation, backfill, site development, utilities, site preparation, exterior concrete, air field concrete, waste water treatment and facilities. We also perform building concrete foundations, concrete slabs, painting, framing and drywall and carpentry.
Construction Management
We offer full time project managers, project superintendents, quality control managers and project schedulers to help you manage your construction project. We can help develop construction schedules, perform reviews, review design and construction document for constructability and value engineering opportunities. Many owners do not want to spend the upfront cost, but in the end, this service will save you money by avoiding schedule overruns and costly contract modifications.
General Contracting
As a General Contractor, we will provide the necessary materials equipment and manpower to execute and manage the day-to-day oversight of the construction project and site, manage vendors and trades, manage the schedule, the quality and the communication of information to all involved parties throughout the course of a building project. We will ensure that your project is completed on time and budget.
